This page covers what happens to the details you send us through coinne.ie. It's written the way we'd want to read it ourselves — short and straight.
Who we are
Coinne provides fast lead-response services to animal-care businesses. For anything on this page, contact hello@coinne.ie.
What we collect, and why
The audit request form asks for your name, your practice's name, your email, and optionally a phone number and a message. We use these for exactly one thing: preparing and sending you the free Response Audit you asked for, and replying to you about it. Our legal basis is taking steps you've requested before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list. You hear from us about your audit and your reply — that's it.
Who processes it for us
- Form delivery: submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, our form-handling provider.
- Email: our mailbox (hello@coinne.ie) runs on Google Workspace.
- Website hosting: this site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure sees standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
How long we keep it
If you request an audit and we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 6 months. If we do work together, your details are kept for the life of that relationship and handled under the data-processing agreement we sign with your practice.
Your rights
Your details are yours — we're just minding them. Any time you'd like to see what we hold, change something, or have it removed, just drop a line to hello@coinne.ie and we'll happily sort it, usually the same day. No forms, no hoops. And if you ever feel we've fallen short, you're always welcome to raise it with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) — though we'd really appreciate the chance to put it right first.
For practices we work with
When Coinne handles enquiries on behalf of your practice, we act as your data processor under a signed GDPR Article 28 agreement — named sub-processors, minimal retention, your instructions only. Ask us for the agreement any time.
